This Content License describes the rights and obligations attached to the content you submit (Inputs) and the content Outwise generates for you (Outputs).
1. Your Inputs
Trip descriptions, photos, route uploads, and forecast captures you submit remain your property. You grant LAS SAFETY LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display the Input solely to operate Outwise for you.
- We do not use your Inputs to train any AI model — internal or third-party.
- We do not display Inputs publicly or share them with other users.
- You can delete Inputs at any time from your account; deletion erases them from active stores within 30 days.
2. Outputs
We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use Outputs generated for you, for personal, non-commercial purposes — including private briefings to your trip group, posting on personal social channels, or archiving offline.
For commercial use of Outputs (paid guide service materials, expedition documentation sold to clients, broadcast in third-party media, training collateral for paid courses), you must hold an Expedition tier subscription for the period in which the trip occurs, and you must credit Outwise where reasonable.
3. Third-party material
You warrant that you have the right to upload any photos, screenshots, or maps you submit. You are responsible for licensing third-party content included in your Inputs.
4. Prohibited content
You may not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, sexual, or deceptive content. See the Acceptable Use Policy for activity restrictions.
5. Notice & takedown
If you believe content on Outwise infringes your rights, email support@lassafety.com with subject “Takedown · <URL or asset ID>”. We respond within one UK business day and act in good faith on substantiated requests.
6. Attribution
When you redistribute Outputs you may not strip the AI-origin notice or present them as a non-AI editorial product. The phrase “Generated withOutwise” is a sufficient attribution.
